Spring Break Fun on the Farm:

What better way to spend April 21-25th than joining in the outdoor fun we have planned! Kids will start the seeds for their own gardens, watch chicks hatch from eggs, help with the farm chores and care for the new little goats and lambs, play lots of games, make unique crafts, enjoy tractor rides and trips to the big swing. The days will fly by and the memories will last for years to come!

Childrens Courses, (Mommy & Me, Farm Fun, Down on the Farm)

These courses give kids, (and Moms and Dads) the opportunity to visit and explore the farm through age appropriate activities. Our schedule runs from mid morning through the afterschool hours.
Mommy & Me is our popular four-session introduction to farm animals for two and three-year-olds and a parent. We gently introduce children to small farm animals one at a time with Mom or Dad right there.
Farm Fun is for young farmers ages 4 to 6. They'll meet and learn all about a different farm animal each week.
Down on the Farm give boys and girls in first through third grades hands on experiences with animals, gardens and chores.

Saturday Workshops, (Kidsdays)

Special Kidsday Saturday Offerings provide hands-on activities, crafts and instruction centered around specific areas of the farm. They run on Saturday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, include a snack, and require advanced registration.

Weekend Visits to the Farm

We're open from Noon till four during April, May, and October for visits to see our ever changing farm. Spring Weekends feature our Baby Barnyard; where kids can cuddle bunnies, hold soft fuzzy chicks and ducklings, and bottle-feed lambs, goat kids and piglets. Fall weekends feature finding your perfect pumpkin among the vines of our kid-sized pumpkin patch. Hayrides through our haunted woods are included with your admission and of course you can see and feed the animals too! A highlight of both seasons is our huge swing in the woods.

Birthday Parties

Birthday parties are planned for the age and interest level of your birthday child from age 3 and up. includes: farm-related programming, plus an age appropriate seasonal hands on activity like planting seeds in the spring or making tops or painting pumpkins in the fall. Summer Camps

Be a farmer for a week and experience summer life on a real working farm. 2007 will be our tenth year of summer camp and it promises to be a great one!

Designed to run simultaneously but separate from our regular camp for your younger children, Tot Camp will surely delight your three to four year olds as they experience and learn about the animals and plants of the farm.

With a different theme each day in our Regular Camps campers are busy learning about animals, plants and nature, history, science, crafts and food. Each week includes fun and games of all kinds, special guests, and creative endeavors. Our campers are assured of a wonderful and entertaining summer experience in a very unique environment.
