Age Requirement
Account holders must be at least 18 years old. Use of this service in your name means that you accept these terms and are certified to be that age or greater.
Birthday Parties
A $30 deposit is required to hold the date and time. If there is a weather related cancellation, this deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Camp
Camp is refundable up to 4 weeks prior to the start of camp after which a $25 service fee will be assessed. For a partial refund, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance or all fees will be forfeited.
Courses
Courses are refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the course after which a $15 service fee will be assessed. For a partial refund, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance or all fees will be forfeited.
Kidsdays
Kidsdays are refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the start of of the class after which a $10 service fee will be assessed. For a partial refund, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance or all fees will be forfeited.
Refunds for Online Registrations
Refunds or adjustments for course registrations made online must be arranged by directly contacting the folks at Benner's Farm. For information on how to do that, please visit the Contacts page.
